Hi, just stared the game, it is very confusing, and there is no tutorial ?

how do I make money ? just scheduled a flight but the tickets are not selling? do I need to open an office or hire marketing stuff for ticket selling?

also, how do I get a loan ? how purchase credits to get more cash ?? thanks
