What about an official Discord Chat and Channels for each Server? I think it would boost the communication between the players(also between the players and the devteam).
I'm still missing the good old times with the IRC - chatchannel. It was fun!

But I wouldn't call it "official" yet...we just created it as a trial ages ago and so far there is no consensus on how to deal with the chat topic.
