I need help on a few things...
• What aircraft do I buy?
- My hub is at GRU
• Any good routes to open?
- Again, hub in GRU
- I have no aircraft currently, waiting for help above.
• Any good general tips?

From GRU, you can run flights every 15 minutes to GIG, SDU, BSB, CNF, POA, CWB, REC, FOR, SSA, MAO.
do NOT buy an aircraft....lease.....
From GRU I would not hesitate to get A320NEOs or 737s but if you are a bit carefull some E195s will do the job just fine. You might also want to consider Cseries. For routes it is very important to connect Brazil (fly to atleast all 4 bar airports) and the surrounding capitals such a EZE, SCL and MVD. Remeber that you need a good wave system. Hoestly the Brazilian Market is fairly easy (if you have slots and weak competition) and as a Brazilian carrier you can easily dominate the whole continent. Just remember to watch out for Argentine competition as there could be some foreign billion dollar carriers stealing your passengers.
