Hello - so basically my small logo has been rejected, but truth be told I don't know why: size's alright, colors are perfectly visible with default AS theme and since my airline's based in Iran, I find it reasonable to write 'Gacair' using Persian script. Any ideas...?

Due to its transparent background, the middle part is completely invisible with the light and classic scheme (and as you notice, here in the forum...) Also, the logo shouldn't have non-latin letters only as we can be never sure what's actually written.
General advice: Do not use transparent backgrounds! Not every background for the small logos is the same color. If you intend it to be legible with dark grey behind, put dark grey behind it. Simple as that.
