im übrigen liegt das wie so oft daran, dass das flugzeug am absoluten limit fliegt und daher nur eine sehr begrenzte payload transportieren kann, da alles andere für fuel gebraucht wird oder auf grund von performance/pistenbegrenzungen am limit ist.
in deinem fall scheint dein operating weight knapp 200 kg unter einem der maxima zu liegen. in dem fall wird nämlich alles zusammengestrichen, beginnend bei cargo über economy über business bis first, bis nur noch so viel kapazität verkauft wird, wie die allowed payload zulässt - in deinem konkreten fall zwei first class plätze.
schau mal einen blick auf das performance tool des von dir gewählten flugzeugtypen und du wirst sehen, woran es scheitert.

Now concerning your question: As the only seats available are 2 F seats to Miami and on shorter flights all available seats and cargo I guess the available payload on this route doesn't allow you to carry more than 2 passengers.

The aircraft in use is not made for such a long flight. It can fly the long distance, but only empty (or max 2 pax).
