How long does it take to get a reply from the support?

I've written an email to support@airlinesim.aero almost a week ago and there is still no reply. Anyone knows how long does it usually take?

AS Support still has a lot of backlog to deal with, but we try to differentiate and do more urgent tickets sooner.

Ticket numbers are sent out automatically - if you didn’t get one, it either got blocked somewhere, is in your spam folder or we didn’t receive it.

So you might consider re-sending it.

I meant I've got the ticket number almost a week ago. It's just that the email said the usual reponse time is around 24h
