Maintenance question

If flight schedule does not have 2 hour mx time between 2 flights, will the maintenance cost still be deducted from the flight? And if a flight schedule has just one 2 hour window in a day, will the maintenance charges deducted be the sum of all flights flown before it throughout the day?

MX is done from certain threshold of current condition, and depending on MX provider you may keep 100/99 condition for several flights.
