Need some suggestion

Hi, i am new here, i need some help with starting new international routes. my airline is doing well in domestic routes, but international routes are giving me hell. i have leased CRJ-900 aircrafts for international routes, they are both 0.4 years old.Flight fares r lowered, seating is customized, still no passengers.

I found you play in Pakistan. You just started playing yesterday. You have 77 departures in Karachi and your flights are zigzagging all over Pakistan. It does not work that way.

Suggestion:

Take a weekend off, and watch these tutorials

Basically, these are the points:

 AS is connection based. You need to create connections, and many many of them, to get passengers.

You need to fly to most of domestic airports before going international.

You need to create connections in banks (waves) which all arrive/depart in certain hours or using dehubbing based on frequency every 4-6 hours.

Read wiki, watch tutorials, and search the forums for "connections", "hub", etc. keywords.

I am playing for over a month, but had to restart airline 3,4 times.I know routes in Pakistan, also i use small aircraft, so i have to plan multiple flights daily to some profitable destinations.

I have uploaded an article for you that could help you set up waves in your hub.

Read it and try to copy it, of course adjusting for your geography and traffic patterns in your region.

Thanx alot, but i could use a little more explanation. Like if my domestic flight between Karachi (hub) and Lahore/Islamabad is between 00:00 hrs to 10:00 hrs. so according to these timing flight between Karachi and Dubai shud b after 10:00?

Not really.

Displayed below are 2 inbound and two outbound flights.

Imagine you pick up a wave departure time at your hub at 9 am, and your minimum connection time is one hour.

That means your flights must arrive by 8 am.

A -> HUB  ----------------------------- HUB -> B

06.00 -> 07.58  (transfer time)  09.04 -> 09.55

07.03 -> 07.58  (transfer time)  09.04 -> 10.26

I restarted my airline operations as per ur suggestions. This time in Lahore as market in Karachi was too saturated by 2 big airlines.

I also have tried to implement connection based system, but i noticed it requires alot of aircrafts, like if my hub flight are at 19:00 and flight will return by,lets say 3:00. so for 16 hrs between 3 and 19 i m not sure how to plan efficiently. here is screenshot of schedule of one of my aircraft.
