Hi mates, I was thinking about starting a second holding in Elykion. Now I m based in an european city. the question is, is it allowed to have the second holding with hub in the same city as the first one and also interline between the two airlines? I would like to have one for long haul and the other for medium-short haul. I ve looked for the answer or maybe its an obvious one but I m becoming "crazy" because I don't finde the info anywhere.

No, it's not allowed to have an IL between your holdings.
And you shouldn't start in the same city/region/country too.

If you want to do that you don't need another holding. Just create a subsidiary with your existing holding.

Just create a subsidiary. It can IL with your holding. I, as an example, have a small subsidiary in Brazil to specifically operate at one airport.
