I fly with a Dash 8-300 from Sydney to Lord Howe Island and among others.
The Dash 8-300 is easy to use to airports with lower runway length and one bar airports. But they are getting older and not newly available. Maybe somebody can help me with a replacement aircraft. As I do not find any...

How about the ATR 42-600?
The ATR-42-600 has a more runway length than LDH has… I can’t find any.
I think it is pretty hard to find a model to replace DHC-8-100/200/300. DHC 8 has a pretty long range and can operate in airports with short runways. I think it is the only model you can use in some routes.
Just like in real life, the Dash is sometimes the only option.
