Go to fleet management, click the first icon on the aircraft’s line, and offer it for sale at the desired price level.
You can of course only sell a plane if you have bought it.

another thing to know... the system always adds 5% (of the book value) as first bid. If you sell a plane at 80% of its value, the computer will show you that price, but the market shows a price that is 5% higher.
Oh, and you cannot see a plane that you have put on the market. Basically because you cannot buy your own plane anyway. You can only see it when you go to the market and click on the <my offers> tab.
